I booked a flight to Karratha WA in March this year. Was flight to Karratha with Qantas return flight with Virgin. Was unable to take flight due to coronavirus government stopped all travel. Was told originally I would get a refund from Qantas and a credit with Virgin none of this happened. It’s nearly five months now after dozens of emails. Heard from them yesterday saying I probably don’t qualify for refund no mention of credit. I’m annoyed totally exhausted and cannot even get anything from this company it’s disgusting
User’s recommendation: Never ever book through this company.
